Joy in Art - Fresh Imaginings
Refresh your view of the world and your art with this short course where we look at putting joy into our art. For beginner and improvers.
5x 2 hour art classes Tuesdays 10 - 12 from 21 September -19th October, £40.
There will be tuition in a range of painting and drawing techniques, and demonstrations in a variety of arts materials.
A follow up course is for 5 sessions after half term.
Some materials will be available (at cost)
The venue is ground floor and has accessible facilities.

Life Drawing Sessions
A new, supportive, weekly life drawing group led by an experienced artist and art tutor, for beginners as well as experts.
Mondays 13.30 - 3.30 pm
£6.50 per session on Eventbrite, £7.50 per session on the door (booking essential Numbers limited)
The venue is ground floor and has accessible facilities. A small number of easels are available - for the early birds!
Workshops on the move
Most of the workshops above can be adapted for outdoor events or workshops in other venues. for outdoor and indoor festivals and events I also can lead workshops in a variety of craft activities for children and adults.
For festivals and events, I lead a small kite making workshop to make and decorate a simple kite in 15 minutes. Great fun for all ages or as a family workshop. Children under 7 may require some assistance from parents or carers.
Cardboard Puppet Making
For festivals and events, I lead a articulated puppet making workshop to make and decorate a simple kite in 15 minutes.
Busy Bee or Creepy Crawly Making
For festivals and events, i lead range of activities for children up to about 12 with armbands, masks, bird scarers/plant ties, peg dolls and more.
Lantern Making for all ages
Making mosaics - very addictive!
Textile work with children and adults.
